Suggestions for my son's Hell's Kitchen Video

Just received an email from my son concerning his application to be on Hell's Kitchen. He needs to make a 7-10 min. video containing certain information about him. Of course, its the standard what's your name, occupation, where do you live and things like that. But also they want him to mention what pushes his buttons, his most embarrassing moment, the most outrageous thing that ever happened to him, etc. Any suggestions on how to make this creative and interesting.

My first thought was, "I have no idea." Then I thought some more. If he could give the info while he's in the midst of cooking something, and still be cute, funny and a little flirtaceous.....you know, juggling all those balls in the air at the same time. Kinda like a chef has to do in a high pressure kitchen. You've had experience in theatre...you could help him stage it well.

Tell me again, WHY does he want to put himself through that...and I mean Hell's Kitchen?
