Hard to believe I've been posting Halloween pictures for so many years here!

The boys are Curtis Granderson (Char) and Pudge Rodriguez (Tom).

They look great!!!!

I'm staying home for the first time in years and answering the door for a change. Well, actually my daughter will be answering the door.

I know she will have fun doing that. I just might go to bed early. I caught a cold, which isn't surprising the lack of sneeze protection my students seem not to have. "Cover your mouth when you sneeze!!" I say. "No one is over there anyway." they say back to me.

Oh well. I must say I tried to take Airborne, but I must not have taken enough of it. I still had that sore throat and finally last night I woke up a couple of times coughing.
I get observed tomorrow at school, also. I told my administrator I'll try not to cough on him. He said cough on the kids they probably gave it to you and maybe they will stay home a day or two. (ha ha as if that would happen.)

You know what works great for me is the Zicam cold swabs. It doesn't stop the cold, but it does make it less severe and shorter.

:hug2: Hope you feel better!

Great shots this year. I can remember when we both had Power Rangers!

Brett was a zombie this year and Caroline was a geisha girl. She looked so grown up in a SHORT TIGHT Chinese skirt. Made me dread teen years :).

Aww, Ang, I get the dreaded red X.

The boys are cute as always. Great idea for a costume too! :)

I didn't have many trick or treaters tonight. Anybody want some candy? I've got Twix and Snickers.

(((hands raised))) I love Twix! We haven't ever had anyone ring our doorbell in the 19 years we've been here. We live on the backside of a small neighborhood and no one really goes around here. They go across the main road to a subdivision that passes out POUNDS and POUNDS of candy. One family handed out 15 of the super size 5 lb bags from WalMart last year. Several of the churches do the "trunk and treat" thing, too. As long as the kids are safe and having fun!

I didn't get a photo Ang....just the X! but the costumes sound cute.
Glad you all had a great Halloween. I act in a Haunted Theater every year and this was the costume I have worn for the past 10 days.

Great pics everyone! I'm not sure who had more fun this Halloween - my girls or my husband! Mara was Kim Possible, Ellie a snow princess and Gina was Pooh.

Great costumes..........all of the kids are growing up so quickly. Virgo, you'd scare the heck out of me if you came to my door, I hope you just wore the costume while doing the acting gig.

Here is the newest Irish grandchild and her dad in their costumes. Isn't she just about the cutest fish bait you've ever seen?

The Sillywilly kids are coming this evening so we can see their costumes. If Mrs. Sillywilly doesn't post a pic of them, I'll try to in a day or two.

I love these pictures. It was always so much fun taking the kids around on Halloween. I never have trick or treaters here because we live down a long dark driveway, so even neighborhood kids don't come. Friends kids are too grown up or go to parties instead.

Okay, so I'm not grown up as far as Halloween goes....:silly: but I am an adult with grown children so I have no idea about Kim Possible...could someone tell me who she is. J-K-ie your girls are adorable. Love all the costumes, but POOH makes you say "ahhhhh" How cute is she??
Irish, the baby is just beautiful and what a creative costume that was. You must love every minute with her. And yes, I only wore that costume for the theater. Every year I try to come up with something different. I had realistic rubber worms and leaves all over me. Looked like something the dog dug up. I ended up falling and twisting my ankle on Sun. so the limp went along with my character. I am the person that keeps the people in line, entertain them while they are waiting to get in to the Haunted Theater and security. Believe it or not the parents and older teens are worse than any child. Some are very obnoxious and touch props and attack the actors.
I love it though. Please post the photos of your other grandchildren's costumes. Love to see them.

I'm sooo jealous - the kids looked great, and the grownups looked awesome! :crying: For the first time ever, none of mine dressed up this year. :crying: It's the end of an era. They're...GASP...growing up!

But...Annadot was a pumpkin...even though she slept through it. ;)

Chase has never dressed up - his mom just gives him candy. Poor kid is really missing the fun of it all.

We had a costume party at work, but I elected to go home and try to sleep instead of coming back. Besides, I would have gone as a receptionist. Where's the fun in that? I doubt they would have appreciated the Ana Lucia look - but I'm thinking it might come in handy elsewhere.......:brow:

Kim Possible is a cartoon character from Disney. She is a teenage spy.

Thanks J-K-ie! I really had no clue. I know about some of the cartoons, like that Sponge Bob creature and Dora and a few others. Just out of the loop.
Well, your daughter did resemble her.

I so love Halloween. It's just the best holiday.

I really enjoyed everyone's pics! Too much fun. :)

Here are our holiday pics (http://picasaweb.google.com/melaniewalker/Halloween2006). Jeff and I went to an Egyptian themed party so I was Cleopatra and he was a mummy, but he peeled off his make-up after a couple of hours.

What cute pics!! Ang, your family is adorable! Gabby and Jackie, I just cannot believe how big the kids are getting!! Irish, your new grandbaby is so cute, loved the costume. Virgo  is all I got to say about that  Mel, so nice to see some updated pics of you and the kids. I think Jeff looks a lot like Kaysar in his halloween picture  Guess its the reality tv addict in me showing.

Emily was a butterfly fairy for Halloween. She has been really sick this month, ear infections, croup, sinus infection, but she did make it out trick or treating for a few houses with her friend from down the street.

Emily is gorgeous! I'm so sorry to hear about her sick month. Tommy was like that, too. He got his tonsils/adnoids removed when he was 3 (We thought he was a big boy then!!!) and it got better, but he's still the most likely one in our family to get sick. :(

I can't believe how big Emily has gotten! She is such a little lady now, no more baby look at all. They grow up so fast. It just seems like weeks ago when she was born.

Ah Kramer, Emily is adorable. I love her hair. My oldest daughter who is now 36 (Geez, I am old!) had a hair cut just like that. Oh, I am getting teary thinking of how fast our little ones grow into big ones and then leave the nest. My "23 yr. old baby", the youngest of our 4, was home visiting this weekend. Haven't see her in 6 months. Seems like yesterday she was trick or treating. Enjoy every precious moment because time goes by too fast.
That is a cool jack-o-lantern too.

Hi Everyone!

Just had to say how cute all the kids look and how big they are.

Of course, thought I'd share a picture of mine, too. Rico (Lightening McQueen) just turned 3 and Marielle (Jasmine) is 4.

I still watch Survivor but have no time to think about it other than to turn on the TV and sit and watch. Marielle is doing well, half way through her chemo, with 13 more months to go. Rico is big! He's off the top of the charts in height and 95th percentile in weight. I'm currently saving money so that we can afford the food bill when he is a teenager. :)

I'm feeling ancient! I can remember most of these kids before they were old enough to trick or treat and look at them now!

Can't believe how much they've all grown - but they're all still adorable (OK, Gabby, the guys are handsome - gotta watch out for that guy thing, ya know?)

Cute pictures of the kids, Rielap! Rico makes a darlin' car, and of course, Marielle was a princess. What else would she be?

I hope this stage of treatment continues to go well.
