ahhhh...the home life

What is a home life without a home?
Well Jenn and I are moving into our very own place tomorow. With no roommates to worry about and nothing else to do but enjoy our time together.
The big move day is tomorow and last weekend was "mini move day" when we had planned to move boxes that we could manage in a car/truck. We're leaving all the heavy furniture for the movers ;)
Last weekend wasn't as great as we had hoped it would be and it started out bad from the start (involving a truck accient -but don't worry no one was hurt!)
So I may be off line for a few days, but after that I should be here again and back to full swing posting! lol

Well here I am!
With my new internet connection and at my new place. Everything is so much more closer to us now! so convienent.
We're still up to our arse's in boxes and stuff but over the week this should all be unpacked (hopefully!)

Hey snip, glad you're all moved. Good location is very important in a new place. I should know ;) I stopped counting my moves at 25....

Anyway, I'll give you one of the things i've learned over the years.....all the boxes may NEVER be unpacked. It's possible they will but there always seems to be a couple of boxes of "stuff" that just doesn't need to be unpacked and can just stay there.

I was saying the exact same thing yesterday! lol I have a box full of shoe boxes that has been in my closet for the last 3 moves and I have just found no need to unpack it yet.
When we got everything all packed up at the other spot I was amazed with how much crap I had gotten over the years and I said to myself that when we get to the new place I'm going to throw/give away a lot of things and just try to simplify my life by getting rid of a lot of it. But do you think that actually happened??? lol
I;ve found a place for just about every item. eesh.
